Biography
Robert R. Cortinez II and his wife, Elizabeth, have been married for 35 years and were blessed to raise their three children in Arkansas. His passions outside of work include anything outdoors, a good game of basketball, and getting his hands dirty in the garden. Robert also had the unique opportunity to argue three cases before the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals and is proud to say he was successful in all three.
